Mp3 Music Editor is a rich featured audio application, having a lot of features to record, edit, convert, and even burn audio files. Made for users with some music editing knowledge, it still has a clean and friendly interface, which makes it accessible even for less skilled people. It can be used also by people willing to make their first steps in music editing and mixing.
In order to start editing, you have to open a file from those supported: WAV, WMA, MP3, MP2, Ogg, Vorbis, Dialogic VOX, or Audio Tracks. Another option is to record the song, Mp3 Music Editor has a lot of recording choices from various sources like Microphone, internet, external media, and so on. Once opened, the song’s audio pattern will be displayed in a wave form with various zoom in/out levels. Zooming allows an in depth editing of the song and is very good to access certain passages. Markers can be also added to memorize parts of the song and fast switch between them.
Once selections are done, there are a lot of things that you can do to edit a song. You can add filters like High Shelf Filter, Low Shelf Filter, Notch Filter, Ban Pass Filter, and so on. Or you can insert one of the many effects built in the program: amplifying, delay, equalizing, fade in/out, flanger, inverse, normalizing, reverse, multi tap delay, silence, stretching, vibrato, echo, or chorus.
When everything is ready, the file ID3 tags can be edited, and the file saved in the audio format of your choice.
Overall Mp3 Music Editor is a well designed, intuitive music editor, which allows fast editing and resampling.
